For 20 years, I worked as a storyteller for major brands

Before this path found me, I worked in film, advertising and the corporate world, creating stories that communicate powerful ideas, building belief and inspiring change.

I held my first crystal before I knew its name. Received Reiki before I understood its power. Tried hypnotherapy before I knew what it could do.

I never imagined this would lead me to becoming a therapist and opening my own practice in Deal – but I’d begun a journey to meet myself more deeply, and I wanted to help others do the same.

Today, I use many of those same storytelling principles as I’m working with energy and the unconscious mind to create new dominant ideas and healthier ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

I’m here to help you explore the feelings and stories you carry

Part of my job is to hold the safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to help you connect the dots between lived experience, what is felt, and what is believed to be true.

Helping you tune into your body’s symptoms and subtle signals, so you can hear and respond to what is asking to be noticed – not least, your true nature and desires.

And by working with energy and the unconscious mind, we can meet what is ready to transform.

For me, this work is all about connection and co-creation

Healthy relationships bring their own healing, and relational medicine is perhaps the most underrated modality of our time.

This is why it is heart and centre of my offering. But not only does modern life disconnect us from others and from ourselves, it also separates us from our nature, and all of nature.

That’s why I also work closely with the seasons and cycles, and the grounding influence of land and sea. Again and again, I witness the alchemy that's possible in us all, as it is in every living thing.

    Clinical hypnotherapy, combining proven therapeutic interventions, including NLP and a humanistic approach

  • Usui Reiki Master Teacher
    Trained in traditional techniques with direct lineage to Mikao Usui, founder of the original system of Reiki

  • Master Teacher Member of UKRF
    Belonging to the UK Reiki Federation

  • Member of BAThH
    Belonging to the British Association of Therapeutic Hypnotists & NLP Practitioners
