ONE-OFF SESSIONS TO HELP YOU RISE AND RESTORE

Start your day in a beautifully restoring way with morning Reiki. Available from 7am on weekdays.

Whether the start to your day feels foggy or bright, we’ll work with the sun’s vitality and strength to restore your natural flow of energy.

During the early hours, we’ll recharge your chakras, and tap into a source of inspiration, creativity, and revitalisation. Just as the sun illuminates the world, its energy can illuminate our path, helping us find clarity, purpose, and direction.

The Sunrise Sessions open with a consultation and close with an after care discussion. Includes traditional Usui Reiki, crystals for the chakras, and energising citrine to work with the sun’s life-giving properties.

In-person session: £75

ONE-OFF SESSIONS TO HELP YOU RELAX AND RELEASE

Let any tension and worries of the day go with evening Reiki. Available from 6pm on weekdays.

If you’re looking for the perfect way to wind down for sleep, this is it. These evening sessions align with the changing lunar energy to help you tune into your own natural rhythm.

We’ll work intentionally with the lunar cycle to release blockages and restore your life force energy, remembering that, just like the moon, we all go through different phases.

The Lunar Lates begin with a consultation and close with an after care discussion. Includes traditional Usui Reiki, crystals for the chakras, soothing moonstone and seashells from the nearby shore to enhance the lunar energy.

In-person session: £75
